Vito Torregiano

Vito has 30+ years of successful experience in the corporate world with Xerox and OKIDATA Corporation. He held Leadership positions in the following disciplines: Sales, Service, Education & Training, Product Development, Quality, and Strategic Planning. He concluded his career as Vice president of North American Sales with OKIDATA.

After his corporate career, Vito pursued his life-long passion of teaching and coaching. A pursuit that was encouraged by a 45-minute meeting with legendary UCLA basketball Coach John Wooden in 1992. Coach Wooden shared his “Pyramid of Success,” which defines the characteristics and traits of successful individuals. Coach Wooden encouraged Vito to develop his own pyramid based on his professional and personal experiences. That pyramid, “Expect to Win: The Mindset of a Champion,” became the foundation of Vito’s Leadership and Sales Training curricula, which he has delivered to hundreds of business professionals in the last 15 years.

Vito’s coaching and teaching endeavors extend beyond the business community. In his spare time, he coaches high school football and golf and continues to share his Pyramid with his players and fellow coaches.

He currently resides in beautiful Penfield, NY with his bride of almost 50 years, Patty and their Goldendoodle, Buddy. They have 3 children and 7 grandchildren that light up their lives on a daily basis.
